These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of florenco.co and any purchase you make from Florenco. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and availability

We try to show product colours, details and measurements as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at checkout. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed at an incorrect price; in that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, size exchanges and refunds are described in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Florenco and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Florenco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, courier disruptions, customs delays or government actions.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
