Return & Exchange Policy (International Orders)
We hope you love your Florenco pieces. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if there is an issue, please review our policy below.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted if the issue is caused by our side, such as:

Wrong item sent

Defective or damaged item (not caused by shipping mishandling)
To be eligible for a return:

A clear unboxing video (from opening the package until the item is fully shown) is mandatory

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

All hangtags must still be attached

Return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item

Concrete and verifiable evidence must be provided
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

Exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

All hangtags must still be attached

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return & reshipment)
